About the Company
Our client is an established IT outsourcing company, part of an international group that delivers high-quality software solutions to global markets. Within their organization, pre-sales is viewed as a consultative partnership—there is no hardcore cold calling involved. The company has a dedicated Outreach team in charge of generating warm leads.
They are currently looking for a Pre-Sales Specialist to bridge the gap between these inbound business opportunities and their internal closing teams.
The chosen candidate will act as a "translator" between the prospective client’s business requirements and the internal executive team (CEO/CTO). The role does NOT require writing code or designing complex software architectures. Instead, the focus is on researching the target accounts, capturing exact requirements from initial discovery calls, and packaging this information into clear, structured business briefs that help the closing team design the winning solution.
Pre-Call Research: Conduct thorough research on the prospect's industry, business model, and digital presence, as well as the professional backgrounds of the specific stakeholders attending the call
Discovery & Qualification: Participate in initial calls with warm leads (provided by the outreach team) to map out business needs, goals, and project constraints.
Internal Coordination: Translate, structure, and pass the prospect's business requirements to the closing team (CEO/CTO), ensuring they fully understand the commercial context before they scope the project and draft the final offer.
Process Management: Own the qualification pipeline timeline, ensuring all internal handover documentation and client briefs are high-quality, professional, and delivered to the closing team on time.
Strategic Relationship Continuity: Act as the designated single point of contact (SPOC) after a contract is signed. This involves light-touch governance to maintain business alignment, without heavy day-to-day account management.
Experience
Professional Background: 2–4 years of experience in B2B Sales, Customer Support (technical support background is a major plus), Account Management, or Client Service.
IT Domain Knowledge: Previous experience in an IT/Software company or basic knowledge of the IT outsourcing landscape is valued, but not mandatory.
Language Skills: Professional English (C1/C2 level), both written and spoken, as most client interactions, proposals, and post-signing reviews are handled in English.
Hard Skills: Strong business writing and structural skills, with the ability to create clean, organized, and professional client briefs, summary files, or presentation decks. High attention to detail is essential to ensure no client requirements are missed.
Soft Skills: We are looking for an empathetic listener with a growth mindset, who isn't intimidated by technical jargon and is eager to learn. Strong interpersonal diplomacy is essential, as this role acts as a seamless communication bridge between global prospects and the internal executive team (CEO/CTO).
Collaboration Structure: Predictable and stable B2B contract (SRL / PFA) on a long-term basis.
Financial Package:
Base Fee: 8,500 – 11,000 RON / month (VAT excl.), tailored to general experience.
Performance Bonus: A rewarding bonus scheme based on successful leads passed to closing / proposals submitted.
Contractual Perks:
21–24 paid days off per year fully covered.

Company car availability for client visits, if the case.
