What We're Looking For:
Experience: 3+ years building backend systems (Python/Django).
Database Knowledge: Strong understanding of SQL and NoSQL (PostgreSQL experience is ideal).
Cloud Comfort: You're comfortable with cloud services, especially AWS.
Drive: You're excited about rapid product development and tackling complex technical challenges.
Best Practices: You know the development practices that keep teams efficient and codebases clean.
