Your Profile:
Experience: Proven experience in B2B sales, specifically with a background in technical project sales (e.g., plant engineering).
Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of machinery, intralogistics, and handling industries.
Skills: Strong ability to grasp customer needs and design customized solutions.
Education: Completed technical or commercial studies, or an equivalent qualification.
Communication: Excellent written and spoken English communication and negotiation skills.
Technical Proficiency: Skilled in using CRM and ERP systems, as well as MS Office.
Travel: Willingness to travel extensively within Romania (up to 3 days per week).
Relationship Management: Strong ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
Stability: A stable employment history with a track record of commitment.
The Role:
Analyze customer needs and create custom solutions for aluminum crane systems and energy columns.
Prepare technical offers and quotes for light crane systems that align with customer requirements.
Build and maintain lasting customer relationships through consistent communication and support.
Provide technical guidance to customers, answering questions and solving problems.
Negotiate contracts and draft documentation to close sales agreements successfully.
Travel within Romania to meet clients (up to 3 days per week).
Represent the company at industry trade shows and conferences.
Coordinate with the internal team in Hungary to process inquiries and manage accounts efficiently.
