• Strong communication skills in both Romanian (C1+) and English (B2+).

The Role:

• Lead the design and development of technical blueprints that form the foundation for scalable, secure, and maintainable software.

• Translate business needs into detailed technical architectures, making sure they align with banking standards and best practices.

• Review and approve the implementation of these blueprints by junior and mid-level developers.

• Participate in code reviews, mentoring, and continuously sharing knowledge with your team.

• Proactively enhance our architecture to improve integration, performance, and modularity.

• Work closely with product owners, business analysts, and infrastructure teams to ensure full alignment on system functionality.

As a lead you will:

• Write and review blueprints, guaranteeing their clarity, technical soundness, and maintainability.

• Train and mentor junior developers on how to interpret and build from these blueprints.
