The Opportunity

We are looking for a seasoned Senior Cloud Native Engineer to lead the architectural design and evolution of our cloud ecosystem. In this role, you will bridge the gap between application owners, development squads, and IT operations to build highly scalable, resilient, and secure platforms within a multi-cloud environment.

Core Responsibilities

• SME Leadership: Act as the Subject Matter Expert for cloud-native technologies, championing an "Automation-First" and DevOps mindset.

• System Design: Architect and deploy distributed systems, primarily focused on the Azure ecosystem.

• Code Excellence: Develop high-quality, reusable, and efficient code tailored for cloud environments.

• CI/CD & Containers: Design and manage automated pipelines for the build, test, and deployment phases of containerized workloads.

• Agile Integration: Drive the adoption of Agile methodologies and iterative delivery.

• Operational Health: Lead troubleshooting efforts across production and pre-production tiers to ensure maximum uptime.

• Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical software solutions and maintain robust documentation.

Technical Profile & Experience

• Education: Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a matching technical discipline.

• Cloud Expertise: Proven experience with Azure (Primary) and AWS (Secondary).

• Certifications: Ideally hold Azure Solutions Architect or HashiCorp Terraform credentials.

• IaC & Automation: Advanced proficiency in Terraform, Ansible, and CI/CD tools (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps).

• Systems & Scripting: Strong background in Linux/Unix administration and scripting via Python or Bash.

• Orchestration: Deep hands-on experience with Kubernetes (specifically AKS or OpenShift).

• SRE Mindset: Solid understanding of Site Reliability Engineering, lifecycle management, and enterprise scaling patterns.

• Security & Data: Knowledge of cloud networking/security protocols; exposure to Data Science environments or API design is a significant advantage.
